We are currently seeking the following resources:

Client Delivery Project Manager:

Location:  Philadelphia

Summary:  The Project Manager reports to the VP of Products.  The Project Manager will manage and coordinate activities with multiple partners and multiple clients to insure the highest quality delivery on all situations. 

This resource would perform the following tasks:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
  • Coordinate work from partner and internal resources for developing client deliverables prior to passing to client.
  • Effectively applies and further develop our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Business Development & Marketing Manager:

Location:  Philadelphia

Summary:  The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining partnerships and achieving revenue quota both through these partners and direct to clients. This position reports to the President.

The Business Development Manager will:

  • Develop, work, and close sales opportunities from internal sales lead vehicles and through direct market sales approaches.  This includes relationship development, proposal development, sales presentations, and sales process management and execution.
  • Generate prospective partners primarily through research, sourcing, eMarketing, cold calling, and qualifying inbound inquiries to develop referral relationships.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a marketing and partner management plan for a global network of partners, including:
    • planning and execution of marketing and sales communications programs to boost lead generation;
    • grow the sales pipeline;
    • shorten the sales cycle; and
    • raise the close rate on new deals.
  • Provide and/or coordinate appropriate resources, such as on-line demonstrations and presentations, when needed in order to support current partners and to cultivate prospective partners, thereby sourcing and advancing sales-deal cycles.
  • Work closely with partner Sales forces to seamlessly hand off and track sales opportunities through to contract.
  • Develop and keep current knowledge of market, company's products and services, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within the company's sales force automation tool. 
  • Develop and execute an overall marketing plan to include event participation, on-line marketing, speaking and expert opportunities, and other appropriate activities.
  • Provide market demand based input to product development to align product features to client needs.
  • Work with management to refine product market positioning
  • Lead the design and execution of thought leadership activities.
  • Provide a critical assessment and enhance the company’s marketing material and collateral system including presentations, web site and brochures.
